With over three decades of experience in pricing, reserving, calculating environmental liabilities and reserve certification, he has significant experience with the global insurance and reinsurance industry.
Maureen serves on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of MAPFRE U.S.A. Corp.For over 10 years, Maureen was part of the C-suite at Chubb Corporation, serving as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary & Chief Ethics Officer, as well as a director of several subsidiaries.
Mark has served as Faculty Chair of the Greenburg School of Risk Management at St. John's University since August 2013. Previously he was a Professor of Business at the University of Wisconsin. He earned his BsE, MA and PhD at the University of Pennsylvania.
